Sive is registered with all the appropriate and relevant national institutions as a Closed Corporation(CC) in accordance with the applicable laws of the Replublic of South Africa. Sive was established in the year 2000 and is(and has always been) 100% Black South African owned.

Employment Policy

The company's employment policy stipulated at its inception, prescribes that:

We give first preference(in recruitment) to to individuals hailing from the previously disadvantaged communities in which we are based.

We recruit, hire, train and promote persons without any regard to their race, religion, gender, age marital status or disability

Social Responsibility and Equity Policy

Sive's policy for economic empowerment is to actively assist those from HDCs, to become active participants in the growth and profits of the company. This has so far been achieved by providing training and transfaring skills to employees and apprentices.
